Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account: email + display name + hashed password (if you sign up)
• Campaign data: rosters + cycle plans + show observations (you control the content)
• Photos: only photos you upload for stat sync (Pro tier). Stored on Vultr Object Storage; OCR'd by Anthropic Claude; deleted on request.
• Payment: handled by Stripe — we never see your card number. We store the Stripe customer ID + subscription status.
• Analytics: minimal server logs (request path, status, timestamp); no third-party trackers other than ads (when present + after consent).

2. What we don't sell

Your campaign data, photos, or email. Period.

3. Cookies

Essential cookies for sign-in. Analytics + ad cookies only after you accept the consent banner. You can decline non-essential cookies and still use all paid features.

4. Third parties

• Stripe for payment processing — see Stripe Privacy
• Anthropic for photo OCR (Claude Vision) — see Anthropic Privacy
• Google AdSense for free-tier ads (when enabled) — see Google Privacy
